Our Objectives.

TO PROMOTE and carry out activities for the rehabilitation of blind.

TO FOSTER activities which empower all persons who are blind.

TO FORMULATE programmes for the education, training, employment and welfare of persons with visual disabilities.

TO CO-OPERATE with, inform, and advise all governmental agencies in regard to rehabilitation, training, employment and welfare of persons who are blind and keep under review the work being done for persons with disabilities.

TO FOSTER collaboration among organisations of and for persons with disabilities.

TO AFFILIATE with and co-operate with appropriate local, regional and international organisations for the purpose of furthering any of the objectives of the Association.

MEETS
FASHION?
The designer house of Marcus Alexander is now collaborating with the Barbados Association of the Blind. Using the caning techniques and skill from the blind, is it possible to now create a vintage yet new application in to the art of fashion artefacts?
